TYPES OF SYSTEM

Polyurea Spray Applications
Hot spray Polyurea for containment bunds, swimming pools, podium slab waterproofing. Advantages are quick curing typically 30 seconds, any RAL colour, WRAS approval for the water industry (DWI for hand applied).

MMA Anti-Slip Flooring and Acid Resistant Coating
Applied by spray or roller incorporating anti-slip for garage and workshop floors, factories, loading bays an walkways whilst the coating is ideal for bunds due to its high acid resistance. The advantage of MMA's over other products is its fast cure time and return to use immediately. We use flooring systems in bank vaults, cash security centres and Royal Mail depots where there is little time for refurbishment work.

Epoxy Coating and Flooring Systems
For high build, high gloss finishes to pharmaceutical factories, car showrooms and new floors where more time can be allowed for curing. Systems include straight forward 3 coat floor coatings, epoxy screeds laid to falls for beer cellars or shower cubicles and 3-5 mm self leveling screeds for uneven floors with a high build, high gloss finish.

Concrete Repair
For all concrete structures we can effect structural concrete repairs using such products as Fosroc, Vandex and Sika. All of these products comply with Government regulations on pollution and have D.W.I and WRAS certification.

Hydro-Active Grout Injection
For leak sealing in structures and ground stabilisation, injected via specialist pumps the polyurethane based materials react with water to form either a closed cell rigid foam or open cell flexible foam to seal leaks in underground structures including rail and road tunnels.
